AAA Fielding Topic

Are the fielding values assigned to AAA guys the same as everyday players? Is a AAA 2B with A/C fielding/range comparable to say a 1980 Ken Oberkfell, or any other RL 2B with A/C credentials? Or is there say a jitter factor which would make the AAA  player more error prone.

I've never noticed any sort of fielding "jitter" assigned to AAA fielders.  They seem to field their positions as you'd expect from their ratings.  Is there something you've noticed over the long haul?

Maybe just me being error conscious, but I was curious if anyone ever tracked it.

I believe its normalized against 2010 data.
