In honor of Enzo Hernandez who passed away on January 14th (Details under investigation) we will have the ENZO HERNANDEZ TRIBUTE LEAGUE



Try to recreate Enzo's 12 rbi in 549 AB during the 1971 Season.

Each team must have ENZO and the 11 pitchers who gave up the rbi's to him
Bill Singer,Dave Giusti,Ken Holtzman, Jack Billingham,Jerry Reuss,Don Sutton,Wayne Granger,Billy Champion,Ernie McNally, Don Gullett
and Gaylord Perry.  All pitchers and Enzo must be from 1971, the rest of the roster can be anybody you want (no clones)

First owner that has Enzo get his 12th Rbi gets a $ 5.00 gift certificate .


The owner with the closest  Rbi ratio of .0218579 per at bat  gets a $ 10.00 gift certificate . Min. 8 rbi's


The owner who gets the 12 rbi in order of the pitcher's who gave them up get a $13.00 give certificate.

Ballparks, 2 instances of each NL ballpark from 1971, I will pick 19th

No minor leaguers either

If you want more pitchers on your roster you can have any version of Carl Morton or Jim Willoughby.

more pitchers? wow, there is already over 2000 IP if I have figured correctly, plus that is alot of salary. but if  it is your concept to play for the incentives of recreating the Enzo syndrome, i could deal with that idea.

Can I count you as in.  If so please pick a ballpark.  Remember the more pitching there is the better chance that Enzo will repeat his feat.

Welcome, has to be an NL park, can't risk an inside the park home run in Muni, nor a cheapie in those other Al band box parks
