Is it 3 hours like recruiting?  2:30, 5:30, 8:30 sound about right?

Nothing for the first day.  Then it's three-hour cycles, but not all of them are hit.  So it's 2 AM the morning of day two, then something like 8-11 pm that night or whatever, then it moves from there.

It runs the first day, I have already been rejected twice in Phelan.

hirings don't run the 1st day, but  you can be rejected from a keep looking/longshot right away

It seems like once you apply it takes a while to get accepted, like almost a day. Does anyone know how long it actually takes?
