Dear SimLeague Baseball fans,

We have scheduled a developer chat for next Thursday (June 14) at 1:00 PM ET.

As you may know, we have just about finished our design stage for the upcoming SimLeague Baseball upgrade and we are starting code development next week. It's a large project that will take several months to complete. We will announce the official release date months in advance so everyone can plan accordingly.

This SLB upgrade is a big one for us as we will be re-writing the website and various components from the ground up in the latest and greatest technologies. This will allow us to make more frequent updates in the future and allow us to do some cooler things within the game interface.

In addition to the under-the-hood changes, we will be revamping the look-and-feel of the game, improving many features and adding many features (twist search, anyone?).  Usability is still priority #1 -- we will do our very best to make sure the new user interface maintains or reduces the number of clicks to accomplish all actions.

You can follow along with our development thread. We'll be updating periodically as we're developing.

For now, please take advantage of the upcoming developer chat to ask any and all questions regarding the current game and what's to come in the upgrade.
