Yeah, I looked that up afterwards.  And Colon and Cabrera were both suspended in mid-late August, so it was never really an option for them.

The Manny situation is what brought it to my attention. I remember discussions that he could potentially play some minor league games to work off the rust during his suspension.

Right, but he couldn't just spend the suspension in the minors.  It looks like 4-5 days before the suspension is up is what's allowed.

Anyway, back to BL's retarded question, yes, word has it that MLB has more on A-Rod than Braun.   The Yankees don't need the circus(and I assume A-Roid would like to avoid the BL lights during the process) so I'm pretty sure the "quad injury" doesn't exist.
I agree; his sudden injury seems pretty fishy.
