The All-Time Double Regressive League is looking for new owners. We started 24 seasons ago with the 2006-07 season.  We'll next play the 1982-83 & 1961-62 seasons together making this a double regressive league. The following season will be the 1981-82 & 1960-61 seasons and so on.  All subsequent drafts will always include two different seasons. We're looking for solid owners that would like to join this longtime ongoing league.

BASIC RULES:
- All players regress through their career one year at a time.
- The lottery will only be eligible for the bottom 6 teams pending they meet the requirement of not forfeiting a game during the season.
- You may keep or cut as many players as you wish each season.
- You MUST have EXACTLY 12 eligible players on your roster at the conclusion of the draft.
- Trades are allowed and welcomed.
- Trades for draft picks can be made one season in advance i.e. picks from the 1961-62/1982-83 (upcoming draft) and the 1960-61/1981-82 (the following draft).
- IR spots are used for any player not in the WIS database for the current season.
- You may keep as many IR players as you wish in any given season.
- Teams must have a location/city/state/region and teamname.
- You may relocate/rename the available franchise.
- We have a private forum to conduct drafts, trades, etc.

The Texas team is pretty good and has a solid base going forward.

Asheville is awful and will be a great challenge to any owner.

How do you determine who is eligible for an upcoming draft?

For the upcoming draft any player that has their last season in the WIS database as the 1982-83 season or the 1961-62 season.  Some examples for this draft would be Dave Cowens, Kevin Porter, Joe Bryant, Paul Arizin, etc.

For the next season's draft it would be any player that has their last season in the WIS database as the 1981-82 season or the 1960-61 season. 

Charlotte has been claimed.

Texas has been taken.

This is the longest current progressive/regressive league running going into its 25th season.  We've gone through 3 different commisioners, had 71 different owners run a team in this league, and only have 3 of the original owners left.  Despite all of this the league continues to move forward and we're doing everything we can to finish out the remaining 16 seasons.  It's one of the few leagues out there where you can use a lot of the older mediocre players and they can have a positive impact.  If you're interested please let us know.
