I assume that the shooting % restrictions (18%+) does not apply to D-Men, but does it apply to scrubs?
Also, does choice 1 and 2 allow twisting?

It only applies to Forwards. And there is NO TWISTING.

Made an addendum - lowered required SH% for 74/75-92/93 to 15%. Give a few teams more defense.

Kiteport (your leagues are great) and a few others are starting too many leagues...you have 5 on the opening page...let leagues fill up before starting new ones!
5 leagues x 24 teams = 120

i have started several leagues. mostly out of frustration and boredom of the other offerings. i want to participate in the types leagues that made this SIM cool a few years ago. Now, they're all the same 200m cap leagues with a minor twist. boring. i have shut down two leagues. only doing these last two. and i'm giving the free season away to the cup winner (something every owner needs to do with their leagues - or maybe every other league).
