4.1mil-5mil
5.1mil-6mil

7.1mil-8mil
8.1mil-9mil
9.1mil-10mil
10.1mil-11mil
11.1mil-12.6mil

Goalies
Whatever cash you have left over will be allotted to goaltenders

No WW, No trades, max 3 players out, average ML'ers, no ties use shootout, no clones
