***1985 PROGRESSIVE LEAGUE SEEKING TWO GOOD OWNERS***
*************DRAFT OFFICIALLY ON CLOCK MON, NOV 5TH******************

RULES
  • each team must maintain 1100 actual IP minimum at all times during the season.
  • Team name must be of the format 'City Nickname'. You may make up a Nickname, but keep the proper city for your franchise.
  • AAA - 6 Pos/2 P (below average)
  • DH in AL
  • Use the proper stadium for your team.
  •  IR is unlimited, for players not in the sim database in the current season.
  • Draft order is worst-to-first, with a 8-team lotto for the top slots. 
  • Salary is the tiebreaker for teams with same number of wins when constructing the draft order. Lower salary = better pick.
  • Failure to hit 40 wins by game 120 bumps you to 9th in the next draft.
