Of the 7 new owners, whoever improves their ML team the most in the W-L category from last season to this one will receive a $25 GC, 2nd will get a $15 GC, and 3rd will get a $5 GC.

To keep people from tanking we have a minimum win rule in place. which states:

Minimum win Requirement. You must win 54 games in a season at the ML level or be required to leave the world.

You must also win 120 games over two seasons or you will be asked to leave as well. If you fail to reach the 120 wins over two seasons you can appeal to the league and be voted on. If 8 owners vote that you be removed then you are out.

There is no appeal for not meeting the 54 win requirement.
