The Jimmy Carter Progressive has two openings. Below are the rules and the rosters of the two open team. If you have any questions please either reply below or sitemail me. We are entering the 1999 season, the rosters below are for the 1998 season so you can make any cuts that you want. The draft will start in the next couple of weeks.
EDIT: The draft will start Wednesday Oct 17th.

6/4 Below average AAA
NO DH
NEXT SEASON DRAFT ORDER: Will be a standard worst to first draft. IF THERE IS A TIE, the team with the better home record will be ranked higher. IF still a tie, I'll do a random drawing at random.org In order to avoid tanking a season, the worst 3 teams will be drawn randomly for the top 3 picks...but the rest of the draft will be accordingly to the worst to first order.
KEEPERS: Unlimited keepers including the DL
WIN MINIMUMS: You MUST have 40 wins at end of season to be eligible for the top picks. If you have less than 40 wins, you will drop to the #4 pick.
TRADES: Full trading allowed. Picks up to one year in advance.
TEAM NAMES: Must be related to your stadium. City of stadium will be reflected in your city name. So, team name must follow the pattern Philadelphia __________.

Good solid progressive here, guys.  1999 is our 20th season, and we've still got plenty of our original owners from 1980.  If you like a competitive, straight-forward, single-season prog with lots of of forum chatter, this is the league for you.
