Us hard working folks on the Wet Coast rarely get a chance to recruit in the first round.  We need an expanded period like GD where everyone gets a chance to put in their 1st round recruiting moves.

I've always thought it would be good if you could just pre-enter your actions for that short first cycle. You get your cash more than 24 hours before recruiting starts and basically sit around thumb-twiddling. Instead of having essentially a "dead" day, let folks pre-enter their first round recruiting behavior. It won't run and you won't receive feedback until the end of the short-cycle (meaning if you input early, you could be spending on a player who ends up considering a Sim from the get-go...so there's a risk/reward play here), just as if you'd logged in during that 2-hour window.
