Do Sims recruit after the first cycle? Topic

I was wondering if I am leading in a battle with a SIM according to FSS at the 2 PM cycle before signings start, does this mean that the recruit will sign with me unless another human coach enters the fray? I know that in the past, SIMS only recruited before Humans start recruiting, and I was wondering if this was still the case.

They absolutely do recruit later as well.  I can't say how likely it is the guy will sign with you, but it's not 100%.

I believe CS has said many times, they don't put in more effort. Considering credit would be your only fear from a sim at that point.
They do recruit later to fill scholarships from what's left
