This League will have a 100 mil cap. All players will have a salary of 6.5 million or less. There will be (2) Random - (AAA - Pitchers). No WW, No DH,& No Clones. Trade are in. Injuries will be set to off. Stadiums available will be only the current 30 ( Only 1 instance of a stadium). That is prett much it. Any questions, please feel free to ask.
