All players under 40 defense. All goalies under 87.00 SV%. $50 Million cap. All players must be from the same franchise from a season they played with that franchise, no twisting. Duplicate franchises ok. clones ok.

I would love this to be a franchise league. Otherwise, everyone will have similar teams. I think.

with the $50 million salary cap, you can't just take all the best players so owners will need to make choices on how to spend their money which should result in diverse teams. franchise leagues are fun too, and i may try that theme another time.
