Still learning the nuances of the game, especially TOCs and have a question. I am in first round of  TOC1520 and under my Managers tab, the Opponent Scouting Report, I am seeing an opponent scheduled pitcher who is not on my opponent's roster. Neat nuance, but how is this done?

Is your opponent a HOFer?  Could be using a Cheat Code.

Could be an AAA player, in which case you wouldn't see him on your opponent's roster.
