league 28684,170 Million Cap,All players drafted must be from the 1970-71 season to present and no Gretzkys or lemieuxs allowed.Especially Claude!  Three Defenseman with Def. ratings over 70  and 4 fowards with def. ratings over  70 allowed.All other players must be 70 or under. No Clones.shootout,of P.I. WW and trades ok as long as you remain in the Theme.
