Will the House support a tax increase for 100% or the top 2%? That's their only choice.

I am not sure that is even possible.

What the house is willing to do is allow the elimination of loopholes that are not revenue neutral.

Is Obama willing to cut spending? Not just limit its growth, but really make cuts?

I know he has put it on the table in theory, but I never saw any real data to support it.
