The numbers that were in place before the storm became the final numbers. Pre-storm the numbers were shifting over to Romney. This isnt an insult really. Obama got to look good and Romney was forced to hide for a while. Obama didnt cause the storm, and he didnt hurt the people. He just benefited from a disaster again.
