SORRY, forgot to change over to my other screen name...

This should be better now:

The storm stopped Romney's momentum.

The numbers that were in place before the storm became the final numbers.

Pre-storm the numbers were shifting over to Romney.

This isnt an insult really.

Obama got to look good and Romney was forced to hide for a while.

Obama didnt cause the storm, and he didnt hurt the people. He just benefited from a disaster again.
The truth shall set you free.

We can tell from the polling that Romney didn't really have any momentum. The first debate bump had all but disappeared by the time Sandy hit.

Most of the polls had Romney ahead before Sandy. He had turned the tide in national polls. And clearly he still made up ground in MI, PA, OH, and WI.

There was still mo.

And this isnt a knock on Obama. He could have made mistakes and said the wrong things and he didnt,

And the odd thing is people were suffering after the storm. Just like Katrina.

Why is Fugate>Brown?

No, they did not. Almost all polls pointed to an Obama victory. Almost all polls showed Obama maintaining his lead or pulling away slightly. Romney's momentum was a myth perpetuated by pundits.

Take a look for yourself: EVIDENCE

The story you posted showed 8 polls, Romney winning 4, Obama 3 and a tie.

How is that not exactly what I said.

Look at the net change. The polls were moving in Obama's direction before the hurricane hit.

False....and the polls that indicate what you believe are later proved wildly inaccurate.

The polls were right until the post sandy Obama surge.

Yeah, they were. They showed Obama winning the electoral college easily.

Dumbest disagreement ever.  And that's saying a lot.

Who ******* cares what the pre-election polls said?   The election is over.

Maybe you could argue that Detroit was a heavy favorite to win the WS next.
11/20/2012 10:28 AM
And Detroit is also tied for 5th best city.
11/20/2012 1:26 PM
5th best city for what?   It's a goddam shithole.   Romney might have won MI if he hadn't been afraid to go into Detroit at night.
11/20/2012 1:40 PM
Someone posted a poll..

The assumed the top 3 cities in America are NY, LA and Chicago. The vote was for 4th.

Washington DC won, but Houston and Detroit were close behind for 5th.

And it is the Metropolitain area.
