A group of guys get together

O Coordinator
D Coordinator
Recurting Coordinator
D Assistant
O Assistant

With 5 heads there could be elaborate scouting, work done to prepare for each game. And of course lots of infighting and a good time.

We tried something like this in HBD, worked for two seasons and went our seperate ways. Let me hear your thoughts!

For baseball we had a GM then a ML coach, AAA, AA, HiA, LoA, and RL

An interesting idea but I think 5 might be too much for this, too many differing opinions I would think but you never know. I have only ever heard of 2 coaches in GD

My thoughts were with 5 there could be some extensive scouting done on teams, much more than people are able to to right now.

But really i was just throwing ideas out there and wondering what people thought.
