How does the recruiting timeline work in GD? I just signed up yesterday and recruitment started today at 12:00 PM. It is now 5:00 PM and I haven't heard anything from the recruits. In HD they replied every 3 hour cycle. I can't find anything in the game guide or Q&A. Thanks!

The first recruiting period is 24 hours long.  After that, it's every 3 hours.
