How often does recruiting cycle occur? Topic

Been away from GD for a year or so and the recruiting cycle used to be every 3 hours.  In Yost, it opened at noon eastern time yesterday but none of my recruiting efforts have processed.  Did they change the cycle time?

And if I would have read the post below I would have had my answer....24 hrs first cycle and then every 3 hours.
