Four and zero against top twenty five, losing record against everyone else, losses to bad teams, wins over good teams ... I am confused.

Very good but young team w/ 9 underclassmen, going to have results all over the place.  

3 of those top 25 wins have come in your last four games, so could be that the IQ's are getting to the point where they're helping.  If I were you I'd just hope your team is rounding into form just in time for the postseason push.

2 of those top 25 wins are against a team even younger than yours :)

Young teams mostly have to navigate the beginning of the season, which is where most of your trouble was. ryrun is right that your team is getting more consistent as they learn the O/D better.
