if you sign an ineligible who signs but then goes JUCO? does he come to school the next year or you start over the recruiting process?

u have to recruit him again but he will be considering u when the new season start.

They don't ALWAYS consider you from the start but they will with very little effort. However, they he have moved across the country and you have to recruit him from that new distance
