I am wondering, could I play him at SF, especially since my starting SF is not great? Then I could start James Word at PF. I wasn't sure if his BH or Pass would hurt him at the SF and if I would get diminished returns by moving him from PF.

Armstrong would be very good at SF, and I think your lineup is better with Armstrong and Word out there.  The only concern I have is that you have 4 bigs.  So if you play one at SF, it might spread you a little thin in the paint.  But I'd probably do it anyway, Boothe isn't that great.
