Does fatigue work like a straight percentage?  Is someone with a 90 only 90 percent effective?  Would a 90 fatigue render a 100 power to 90?  I'm basically trying to figure out how much I should worry about it.

I don't believe it's that linear.

The anecdotal evidence is that once you start getting into the low 90's you will see a noticable drop-off in performance and increased risk of injury.

agree with tec. I try not to let my best guys get under 95 at the lowest. I make exceptions for minor leaguers at the end of the year just to get them more ABs
