No Quitters is a league that requests new owners to make a 3 season commitment to the league - most owners honor their commitment.

the Vancouver Vigalanties are presently owner by an owner who has apparently lost interst in HBD after many seasons (original owner - 2 WS titles) - as always I am sad to see an original owner depart but since it has been 13 days since he signed in it is probably inevitable.

Replacement owner should commit to 3 additional seasons.
