oops forgot to RS my frosh QB, can I RS him later? Topic

I forgot to RS my QB before the season and he got like 1 snap in W1 and burned his RS.
Can i RS him next year as a soph without too much trouble or will he complain?

He will lose about 15% on his Work Ethic but that is all.

Basically you will lose the about 8 WE and nothing else.
