I know this has been asked before but when can you call a player up to the majors without it costing your prospect a year of device time? Thanks and apologies if it's posted somewhere I can't find it.

After 20 days of the minor league schedule.

My rule of thumb . . . if your minor league schedule starts with the Tuesday AM game, call up your prospects after the AM game on the following Tuesday.  Might be an extra 2 days or so, but it takes all the counting of days out of the equation.
