Of course I had a 10-3 lead in the 8th and the game did NOT count. Usually the game picks up when the crash ends, but NOOOOO!

got a ticket back saying it is working on their end and to check to see if I have latest version of java installed...Now its working so it couldnt have been my java version...they never wanna take the blame....like my wife...lol

they need a better communication system for when this happens....tickets take too long when it comes to this issue. maybe a hotline or an email address so it is more of a priority over issues less important
