Brought this up in another thread but not sure if it'll be seen. Here's my question. In the budget it states you must carry a prospect payroll of $6M or sign 15 players from your draft. What happens if you spend your entire Prospect payroll on one IFA leaving you with $0 in prospect payroll and you are unable to sign 15 players from your draft?
That's on the transfer screen - in order to drop your budget below 6 million by transfering, it has to be past the draft and you have to have signed 15 draftees. If you spend all your money on an IFA, you don't have anything to transfer and it's a moot point.
