Choose a season and create a team using the "first or last" season option when drafting your team.

Decided this would be easier. Too much work for each owner to construct a team and for me to police the rosters.

I'm going to go ahead and assume that 1885 wouldn't count because according to WIS everyone eligible is in their first year.  

ETA or 2012 for that matter.  If you are going to use those seasons you will need to do some more manual research.

Nice idea. We will see a lot of players that don't get played much and teams should be pretty realistic. No all star teams
