The rules: every player on your team, including defensemen, must have at least 20 goals. easy as that. pick any goalies.
100mil cap- not too low but also not too high so that some solid, diverse teams can be made. and finally a league with no scrubs!!!
WW okay (as long as the player has 20 goals), no clones, max 3 players out, no ML'ers, trades okay. 6 votes to veto a trade, no PI, no ties use shootout.
