Using only the five MLB franchises based in California, your roster will consist of exactly 5 players from each of those five franchises. And each of those 5 players per franchise must be from a different decade, as illustrated by the chart below:

Ballpark must be one that was used by one of California franchises at some point while playing in California. The ballpark you choose will not be exclusive to you.
The Basics:
$100 mil salary cap
Injuries on
No live play
No AAA, WW
No DH
No trades
League will be randomly realigned
No clones
PA minimum requirement: 4800 plate appearances
IP minimum requirement: 1200 innings
League number will be created once we get at least 12 and will be sitemailed to all interested parties who post their interest in this thread or who sitemail me with their interest.
Note: I would love to get 24 teams, but may roll with 16 or 20 teams if necessary.
