I think my QB should havce won the Heisman this season but lost to Penn St. QB.

Gonzales had almost 800 more passing yards 16 more touchdowns but did have more INTs then Castillo.

I don't know how it is factored in but I know rushing yards get put in there somehow for QBs,  I know negative rushing yards hurts definitely and before the bowl game your guy was -10.  Not saying it is right but giving an explanation. He also had a higher completion and higher yards per catch (14 to your 12)

no, the right guy won between the two. your guy took 43 sacks, threw 19 picks, completed 58% on 993 throws and produced only 787 more yards  on 234 more throws. which is only a 3.36 yard per throw difference.

Yeah, that completion percentage and Gonzalez's INTs are what gives it to Castillo in my mind

What about level of competition? Both QB's had great seasons however PSU played the 4th toughest schedule in D1A while S. Miss's schedule was ranked 108th.

I have to agree with mrfortune3 and awags on this one, my vote is Castillo.   Although if your guy stays he should be a top contender next season!
