In real pro baseball, there is more volatility in player careers than in HBD. More players' seasons end prematurely; more players have positive breakthroughs, early, or in the middle, or even toward the ends of their careers; etc.

You might want to look into the big picture and see if you'd like to do anything about that.

(Then again, you might not, of course.)

PS: Always interested in a more realistic, escalated improvement from Post Traumatic Demotion Disorder, or from sitting out a season, or some not nearly all injuries, etc.
