What do you look for in terms of ratings when it comes to a kicker?

Like what would you consider to be a normal D3 guy in strength and tech?

Can someone help me with this? My kicker struggled this year and I am not sure if i just had bad luck or recruited a bum.
not too bad actually for a Fr Kicker -- stick with him -- he'll be fine (I'd get rid of that 2nd punter though --- wasting a roster spot )

K are necessary evils -- he's growing fine, cores are decent -- no worries

Yes I ended up signing 2 on the last cycle. I was in a panic becuase the one I wanted hadnt signed hadnt signed and so I started on another guy on the last day and they both singed while I was in class.
