Ive been using Explorer . But now when I try to go to my GD teams, it will default to One particular team regardless of which team I click on. I can't get my other teams. 
          PS: I have Firefox and Chrome and it doesn't happen with them. I would use them but Wis seems much better on Explorer.
                      Any help here would be appreciated !

Set your QB to always run in your Rochester gameplan and it will be fixed after our game.

have you hit refresh?  Sometimes it is simple as that.

Reboot.

I appreciate your efforts guys but nothing helped.

Reinstall IE with the upgrade.  I had to do this about 3 weeks ago.  And looking at some other threads on the forums, I think you have entirely too much time on your hands.

I deleted my cookies(sounds perverse :) again and it worked.  I think I didn't do it correctly the first time.
