How do I release a player?

I haven't played here in several months, and I just started up again. I've never had an issue releasing a player in the past, but now I cannot seem to figure out how to do it. I thought there was a link at the top of the WW page, but I'm not seeing it. Other guys in my league have already dropped players.

Go to the ww page, and there will be a link to release a player.  It's in the wordy grey section right below the word "waiver wire". 

"CLICK HERE" to release player

Thanks- I was looking in the right place, but it wasn't there last night. It was there this AM. I wonder why, at first, it was showing for some but not all?
