Study Hall for Ineligible Topic

I've recruited an ineligible. Assuming he comes to campus, should I put all my practice effort into study hall? Do you even get to assign practice minutes for an ineligible?

Then for year 2, with a 2.0 HS GPA, how many minutes do you put in study hall to keep him at 2.8 and eligible for a fifth year?

All to SH.  He won't improve anyway.  Make sure he amps up the GPA so you get the extra year of eligibility.
