I have a team dealing with fatigue issues. We use a dh, but there are some days I'd like to have my pitchers hit. i I have a couple of starting pitchers that can hit pretty well.

If you're league is set for DH to be used, you're team needs to set a DH. If there are AAA in the league give them some time, otherwise maybe get the lower PA guys to lower in the lineup.
