Deregulated Recruiting Problems Topic

The known issue which has been ignored for seasons/years is recruiting bias. The fact that a recruit would rather sit on an ACC team bench, than start and play significant minutes has caused a major gap in competition.
The Prestige tilt has allowed a dozen owners to control the entire Allen world for seasons, and suspect the same is happening elsewhere.
The inability to sign a draftable recruit results in diminshed entertainment for any team outside a prestigious conference.
WIS earnings will suffer over time as owners lose interest because of the reluctance to incorporate a variable encouraging players to seek playing time (opportunity to excel) and then prestige.
The NBA draft results is based on player rating, with many high rated players having played minimal minutes and have weak stats.
This is the equivalent of deregulated capitalism whereby the rich prosper while everyone else remains stagnate.
Participation will continue to drop, each world will consist of 24 owners - you hope, and the inevitable downsizing will effect even WIS.
