The ERC and OPS numbers are weighted, the wages are a simple average.
I hadn't really looked too closely at any one team, but you've definitely got great D across the board which explains the high hitter wages relative to OPS. Not sure why the pitcher wage's are that different, although your ERC is around the middle and you don't have any low inning scrubs.
The ERC numbers don't take any account of how each pitcher will be used either - Parra's 140 IP at an ERC# of 6.35 skews your numbers a fair bit, but if he pitches a fair few of those in mop up say, it's not going to have too much of an effect on your win total.
So it doesn't tell anywhere near the whole story, but yeah, interesting. I was glad to see I'm not too far off most people's IP's despite having to scramble a bit. My staff is going to be very high maintenance though and I have to hope there's a few usable guys left when the draft finally gets back to me again.
