Does anyone know if your vision goes down if you go from a good team to a bad team. I'm going to move from D2 to D1AA but the team I want has been ran by a sim and their record is not so great. Thanks in advance for the help.

Vision is an attribute of the team, not the coach. It'll be based on your new team's record.
