I was looking at this, but NOTICED you changed the rules. No player required from a single team career any longer. Correct? Also changed 10 Mil player cap to 9?

How does the trade rules work with the salary cap??  Must the results of ANY trade keep both teams under the cap??

I'm not one of those "vets" BUT, I'm intrigued by this anyway. Besides, I'm always a sucker for underdogs.

IF this idea takes hold, I'll jump in with the years:   1936, 1943, 1951, 1954, 1964, 1971, 1977

I'll bet this will be harder than it looks to make a competitive squad for less than 100 M.
