This is an unique single progressive draft style theme

There are 2 conferences as usual but each conference drafts and trades within it's own conference.  The seasons used by the conferences are staggered by a season.  Also, each season a conference leaps two seasons ahead.

Presently the Campbell Conference is drafting the 79-80 season and next season will draft the 81-82

The Wales Conference is drafting the 80-81 season this season, next season will draft the 82-83

This makes for a very different style progressive.

The team that is available is from the Wales ...I'll put the roster for the upcoming 80-81 season.  New owner may make cuts to the roster.
