I was under the impressing that the SIM AI did not continually recruit through the recruiting season. The reason I ask is because after signings started, I got an e-mail from the recruit saying that he was leaning my way but this morning, I get an e-mail saying he was leaning towards the SIM AI. Just curious how that happened if my first thought is correct. 

Your first though is incorrect. SIMMY will allways put out effort as long as they are on a recruit. Gotta knock 'em off or expect to pay or give out a bunch.

That is true.  Knock them off early and often.  Or look forward to losing a bunch of wasted cash.
