Anyone Ever Experienced Injuries Like This?! Topic

In the 1/10/13 PM2 game, my team had MAJOR injuries to 3 big-time arms:

I have never seen this many injuries, with all of them being severe, to one team in one game.  All had good to great health, were not overworked, and my team has $17 M in Medical budget.  Has anyone every whitnessed anything like this?
