I do not use the just4me method. League rules have the following provision for future drafts:
DRAFT ORDER.Tanking will be discouraged by the following measures: 1.There will be a random weighted (3 chances for the team with worst record, 2 chances for next worst etc) lottery among the 3 teams (bottom 25% of the league) in each league (1901 and 1941) with the worst record to determine draft order for the first round only. 2. Despite the results of the lottery, no team that fails to win at least 50 games during the regular season will draft higher than 3rd in the first round. This rule will be waived for a new owner who takes over a team which failed to meet the 50 win minimum. 3. All other teams will draft in inverse order of their regular season record . All rounds subsequent to the first will be in inverse order of their regular season record . Ties will be broken by run differential during the 162 game regular season-i.e. runs scord less runs allowed. The team with the worst differential will draft highest among tied teams.
TANKING. The league is designed for owners who want to play WIS competitively and manage their teams to the best of their ability. Tanking is completely discouraged. Plus, the limited randomized draft order should drastically reduce any incentive to tank. If there are indications that an owner is deliberately attempting to lose, any owner can bring this to the league's attention and if 2/3 of league owners agree, the offending owner will not be permitted to return.
