First:  I did a search of forums for this because I believe it has been covered in the distant past and didn't find it.
How do I play pitchers out in the field?

Note, if curious: in my case, almost all of my position players are hitting well at home but horrible on the road.  Following suit, my team is 18-5 at home and 6-13 on the road.   Pitcher 86' Bob Caruthers is batting .450 on the road and I'd like to play him in the outfield on the days he's not pitching.   I'm going to have to improve my road record to hope to retain 1st place.

To my knowledge, there is no way to do this in the current sim.
